Nitro IT Business Solutions Announces Apple Support

November 16, 2010, Ottawa, Ontario––Nitro IT Business Solutions announced today that it will be adding to its current state-of-the-art service delivery model by supporting Apple products. The addition further extends the company’s innovative NitroSure solution, a platform that enables companies to successfully outsource all services related to the support of their IT infrastructure.

The company’s NitroSure solution manages everything from desktop support to network and security management, freeing companies to focus on core business initiatives. 

According to CEO Larry Poirier, extending the NitroSure solution with the addition of Apple product support was inevitable:  

“With the ongoing struggle that companies face due to the consumerization of the desktop, along with the influx of Apple products into the mainstream, we felt that this was a logical evolution. Nitro's newly added Apple support includes the activation and initial connection of Apple iPhones, iPads and Mac workstations to the client's corporate Microsoft Exchange server.  On-going support under the NitroSure Agreement includes ensuring these devices have network and file connectivity.  NitroSure now also covers the installation of Microsoft Entourage on single Apple devices.

Nitro and the Elements

We are proud to announce the launch of our new and dynamic website. We worked closely with EyeVero Marketing Communications Group to design a site that would serve as a springboard for our future marketing initiatives. We now have a website that is just that.


EyeVero has created a compelling visual image for us based on the element symbol, a theme that is truly unique and memorable. Transposing the element symbol and creating an IT symbol makes the different facets of our IT solution easily recognizable. Visitors to our site can see at a glance how they can compose a solution from the different elements.
