The addition further extends the company’s innovative NitroSure solution, a platform that enables companies to successfully outsource all services related to the support of their IT infrastructure.
The company’s NitroSure solution manages everything from desktop support to network and security management, freeing companies to focus on core business initiatives.
According to CEO Larry Poirier, extending the NitroSure solution with the addition of Apple product support was inevitable:

Nitro's newly added Apple support includes the activation and initial connection of Apple iPhones, iPads and Mac workstations to the client's corporate Microsoft Exchange server. On-going support under the NitroSure Agreement includes ensuring these devices have network and file connectivity. NitroSure now also covers the installation of Microsoft Entourage on single Apple devices.
